Refund and Return Policy
At MS BHAVANI TRANSPORT, we strive to provide reliable and timely cargo transport services across India. While we are committed to customer satisfaction, certain conditions apply to refunds and returns. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Service Cancellation & Refund

Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on the nature of the service and costs incurred.

If a booking is cancelled after the vehicle has been dispatched, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Any bank charges, service fees, or administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be communicated via email or phone once processed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Goods not ready at the time of pickup.

Delays caused due to natural calamities, traffic, roadblocks, strikes, or any situation beyond our control.

Goods damaged due to improper packaging by the sender.

Transport of prohibited, restricted, or illegal items.
4. Return of Goods
As a logistics service provider, bhawani transport does not offer product returns, since we only transport goods and do not deal in product sales. However, if the goods are undelivered due to address issues or recipient refusal, we will:

Attempt to contact the sender and receiver.

Arrange for return transport (charges will apply).

Hold the goods temporarily at a designated location (storage charges may apply).
