  • Upon confirmation, a booking ID or reference number will be provided for tracking and communication purposes.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Charges are based on the type of goods, weight, distance, and any additional services requested.

  • Full payment or advance may be required before the dispatch of goods.

  • All payments must be made through authorized payment modes only.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges such as administrative or handling fees.

5. Delivery and Transit Time

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking but may vary due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery but do not guarantee exact delivery times.

6. Goods and Packaging

  • Clients are responsible for proper packaging and labeling of goods.

  • We are not liable for damage due to inadequate packaging or incorrect information provided by the sender.

  • Prohibited or illegal goods are not accepted for transport.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • MS BHAVANI TRANSPORT is not responsible for damage or loss due to natural disasters, accidents, theft, or other uncontrollable events.

  • Customers are advised to insure valuable or sensitive items separately.

8. Claims and Disputes

  • Any complaint regarding damage or loss must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims must be supported by necessary documentation (e.g., photographs, invoices, etc.).

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your service location or the company’s registered office.
